| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5419 as follows:

| on page 1, line 14, after "name.", by inserting ""Covered food |

| service establishment" does not include a restaurant that does |
| 5 |
| not have a public viewing menu board and distributes printed |
| 6 |
| menus to individual customers."; and
|
| 7 |
| on page 2, line 12, after "year.", by inserting "This Act shall |
| 8 |
| not apply to beverage alcohol, the labeling of which is not |
| 9 |
| regulated by the federal Food and Drug Administration.".
