    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5483 on page 1, in

line 7, by replacing "Minutes" with "Minutes; right to speak";

and

on page 4, by inserting below line 20 the following:

    "(g) Any person shall be permitted an opportunity to

address public officials at meetings subject to this Act under 
8
the rules established and recorded by the public body.".
