    AN ACT concerning community recognition.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The State Designations Act is amended  by adding

Section 150 as follows:

    (5 ILCS 460/150 new)

    Sec. 150. Community blood and organ donor recognition 
8
program. The Secretary of State shall establish a program by 
9
rule to designate, recognize, and award Illinois communities 
10
whose citizens have an outstanding record of blood donation, 
11
organ donation, or both.
