    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Department of Transportation Law of the

Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by changing

Section 2705-1 as follows:

    Sec. 2705-1. Article short title. This Article 2705 of the

the Civil
Administrative Code of Illinois may be cited as the

Department of
Transportation Law.
