    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Illinois Public Aid Code is amended  by 
5
changing Section 3-6 as follows:

    Sec. 3-6. Entitlement to medical assistance.

    Persons qualified for for financial aid for basic 
9
maintenance shall be
entitled to receive, under Article V, all 
10
necessary medical assistance.
