| AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5751

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5751 on page 6, by |

| replacing line 10 with the following: |

| "those items, or to persons who are dealers or importers |
| 5 |
| licensed under Section 923 of the federal Gun Control Act of |
| 6 |
| 1968 if they are located in another state, or to an individual |
| 7 |
| residing in another state and maintaining those items in |
| 8 |
| another state; or the possession of those items solely for the |
| 9 |
| purpose of conducting an activity otherwise exempted by this |
| 10 |
| subdivision (4)."; and
|
| 11 |
| on page 11, by replacing line 4 with the following: |
