AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5781

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5781 on page 30 by

deleting lines 11 through 17; and

on page 36, line 6, by replacing "or" with "or"; and

on page 36, line 12, after "Act", by inserting ", or (6) to the 
6
Illinois Department of Revenue solely for use by the Department 
7
in the collection of any tax or debt that the Department of 
8
Revenue is authorized or required by law to collect, provided 
9
that the Department shall not disclose the social security 
10
number to any person or entity outside of the Department"; and
 
11
on page 38, by replacing lines 13 and 14 with the following:

    "Section 99-99. Effective date. This Act takes effect 
13
January 1, 2011.".
