| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5781 on page 30 by |

| deleting lines 11 through 17; and

| on page 36, line 6, by replacing "or" with "or"; and
|

| on page 36, line 12, after "Act", by inserting ", or (6) to the |
| 6 |
| Illinois Department of Revenue solely for use by the Department |
| 7 |
| in the collection of any tax or debt that the Department of |
| 8 |
| Revenue is authorized or required by law to collect, provided |
| 9 |
| that the Department shall not disclose the social security |
| 10 |
| number to any person or entity outside of the Department"; and
|
| 11 |
| on page 38, by replacing lines 13 and 14 with the following:

| "Section 99-99. Effective date. This Act takes effect |
| 13 |
| January 1, 2011.".
