| 4 | on page 2, line 12, by replacing "(iv)" with "(iii)"; and | ||||||
| 5 | on page 2, immediately below line 15, by inserting the | ||||||
| 6 | following: | ||||||
| 7 | "(iv) Nothing in this subsection (c) shall apply to an | ||||||
| 8 | arbitration which is part of or pursuant to a collective | ||||||
| 9 | bargaining agreement.".
