| line 20 on page 6 through line 2 on page 7; and

| on page 9, by replacing lines 7 through 11 with the following:

| "(b) The Department of Natural Resources may cooperate with |

| and advise the Commission in regards to staffing and may |

| support functions and activities of the Commission from moneys |

| available to the Department that may be used for that purpose. |
