    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6059 by deleting

line 20 on page 6 through line 2 on page 7; and

on page 9, by replacing lines 7 through 11 with the following:

    "(b) The Department of Natural Resources may cooperate with

and advise the Commission in regards to staffing and may

support functions and activities of the Commission from moneys

available to the Department that may be used for that purpose.
