| on page 1, line 12, immediately after "utilities," by inserting |

| "electric cooperatives,"; and

| on page 1, line 16, immediately after "3-105" by inserting |
| 6 |
| "of"; and
|
| 7 |
| on page 1, line 17, immediately after "Act;" by inserting |
| 8 |
| ""electric cooperative" has the same meaning as under Section |
| 9 |
| 3-119 of the Public Utilities Act;".
