on page 1, line 12, immediately after "utilities," by inserting

"electric cooperatives,"; and

on page 1, line 16, immediately after "3-105" by inserting

"of"; and

on page 1, line 17, immediately  after "Act;" by inserting

""electric cooperative" has the same meaning as under Section 
9
3-119 of the Public Utilities Act;".
