| AN ACT concerning State government.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|

| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Department of Professional Regulation Law of |
| 5 |
| the
Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by adding |
| 6 |
| Section 2105-35 as follows:
|
| 7 |
| (20 ILCS 2105/2105-35 new) |
| 8 |
| Sec. 2105-35. Prohibited uses of roster of information. |
| 9 |
| Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any |
| 10 |
| roster of information including, but not limited to, the |
| 11 |
| licensee's name, address, and profession, shall not be used by |
| 12 |
| a third party for the purpose of marketing goods or services |
| 13 |
| not related to the licensee's profession.

| 14 |
| Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 15 |
| becoming law.
