| replacing lines 12 through 17 with the following:

| "(1) disclose in plain language in writing to all

| persons it solicits (i) before July 1, 2011, the total |

| anticipated
remuneration to be paid to it by any third |

| party over the
period of the proposed underlying customer |
| 8 |
| contract and (ii) on or after July 1, 2011, the total price |
| 9 |
| per kilowatt-hour, and the total anticipated cost, |
| 10 |
| inclusive of all fees or commissions received by the |
| 11 |
| licensee, to be paid by the customer over the period of the |
| 12 |
| proposed underlying customer contract;".
