| line 7, after the period, by inserting "Actions may only be |

| by a violation of this Act or (ii) any time after the filing of |

| a complaint if the Department of Labor notifies any interested |

| party or person aggrieved by a violation of this Act that the |
| 9 |
| Department will not proceed with the complaint."; and

| on page 9, line 13, by replacing "$1,000" with "$500".
