    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Park and Recreational Facility Construction

Act is amended  by changing Section 20-1 as follows:

    (30 ILCS 768/20-1)

    Sec. 20-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the 
8
the Park and Recreational Facility Construction Act, and 
9
references in this Article to "this Act" mean this Article.
