with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.

1, on page 8, by deleting lines 10 through 14; and

on page 11, immediately below line 16, by inserting the

following:

    ""Religious burying ground" means a cemetery in which no 
8
lots, crypts, or niches are sold and in which interments, 
9
inurnments, and entombments are restricted to a group of 
10
individuals all belonging to a religious order or granted 
11
burial rights by special consideration of the religious 
12
order."; and

on page 13, line 12, after "with", by inserting "Section 
14
10-23,"; and
 
15
on page 13, line 19, by deleting "Section 10-23,"; and

Class A misdemeanor for the first offense and a Class 4 felony 
10
for second and subsequent offenses.".
