Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Board of Trustees of Chicago State University for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010, as follows:

Other State Funds $ 307,000

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 5. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated to the Board of the Trustees of Chicago State University to meet ordinary and contingent expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011:
Payable from the General Revenue Fund:
For Personal Services, including payment
to the university for personal services
costs incurred during the fiscal year
and salaries accrued but unpaid to academic
personnel for personal services rendered
during the academic year 2010-2011.......... 35,079,400
For State Contributions to Social
Security, for Medicare......................... 394,700
For Group Insurance.............................. 960,100
For Contractual Services....................... 2,369,100
For Travel........................................ 27,200
For Commodities................................... 50,600
For Equipment.................................... 212,800
For Telecommunications Services.................. 292,900
For Operation of Automotive Equipment................ 900
For Awards and Grants............................. 97,900
Total $39,485,600
Section 10. The sum of 307,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Professions Dedicated Fund to the Board of Trustees of Chicago State University for all costs associated with the development, support or administration of pharmacy practice education or training programs.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2010.
