AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 5. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department of Employment Security:

Section 20. The amount of $500,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Title III Social Security and Employment Fund to the Department of Employment Security, for all costs, including administrative costs associated with providing community partnerships for enhanced customer service.
Section 30. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated to the Department of Employment Security:

Section 35. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated to the Department of Employment Security, for unemployment compensation benefits, other than benefits provided for in Section 3, to Former State Employees as follows:

Section 40. The sum of $11,200,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Title III Social Security and Employment Fund to the Department of Employment Security for administrative expenses associated with Training and Employment Services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations for the state portion of federal funds made available by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
Section 45. The sum of $5,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Title III Social Security and Employment Fund to the Department of Employment Security pursuant to applicable provisions of Section 903 of the Federal Social Security Act, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations for the state portion of federal funds made available by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2010.
