SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the State Universities Retirement System for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010, as follows:

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

ARTICLE 1

    Section 5.  The sum of $4,237,300, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the State Universities Retirement System for deposit into the Community College Health Insurance Security Fund for the State's contribution, as required by law.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2010.
