    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5.  The following named sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department of Military Affairs:

FOR OPERATIONS

OFFICE OF THE ADJUTANT GENERAL

Payable from General Revenue Fund:

  For Lincoln's Challenge........................ 3,116,700

  For Lincoln’s Challenge Allowances................ 44,300

    Total                                        $3,161,000

Payable from Federal Support Agreement Revolving Fund:

  Lincoln's Challenge............................ 4,889,700

  Lincoln's Challenge Allowances................. 1,200,000

    Total                                        $6,089,700

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2010.
