AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. “AN ACT concerning appropriations”, Public Act 96-0042, is amended by changing Sections 5, 10, 15, and 20 of Article 30 as follows:

Sec. 5. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity to meet its ordinary and contingent expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011:

Section 15. “AN ACT concerning appropriations”, Public Act 96-0819, approved November 18, 2009, is amended by changing Section 100 of Article 1 as follows:

Sec. 100. The sum of $1 $1,500,000, or
so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Charitable Trust
Stabilization Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a
block grant to the Charitable Trust Stabilization Committee to be used for
grants to public and private entities in the State for purposes set out in the
Charitable Trust Stabilization Act and for operational expenses related to the
administration of the Fund by the Committee.
Section 20. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
