| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Department of Natural Resources Act is |
| 5 | | amended by adding Section 1-45 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (20 ILCS 801/1-45 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 1-45. Joel D. Brunsvold World Shooting & Recreational |
| 8 | | Complex. The World Shooting & Recreational Complex located in |
| 9 | | Sparta, Illinois shall now be known as the Joel D. Brunsvold |
| 10 | | World Shooting & Recreational Complex.

| 11 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 12 | | becoming law.
