| HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION

| BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |

| NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE |
| 4 |
| SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the Community Service Education |
| 5 |
| Task Force is established to address what level of funding the |
| 6 |
| Community Service Education Program under the Community |
| 7 |
| Service Education Act should have; and be it further
|
| 8 |
| RESOLVED, That the Task Force shall consist of 2 members of |
| 9 |
| the House of Representatives appointed by the Speaker of the |
| 10 |
| House, 2 members of the House of Representatives appointed by |
| 11 |
| the Minority Leader of the House, 2 members of the Senate |
| 12 |
| appointed by the President of the Senate, 2 members of the |
| 13 |
| Senate appointed by the Minority Leader of the Senate, and 3 |
| 14 |
| members who are not members of the General Assembly and who |
| 15 |
| represent a community service education or service learning |
| 16 |
| organization, to be appointed by the Governor; and be it |
| 17 |
| further
|
| 18 |
| RESOLVED, That the Task Force shall report its findings and
|
| 19 |
| recommendations to the General Assembly on or before July 1,
|
| 20 |
| 2010, and upon filing this report the Task Force is dissolved; |
| 21 |
| and be it further
|

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
