| WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its Report |

| on Waiver of
School Code Mandates, dated October 1, 2009, with |
| 4 |
| the Senate, the House of
Representatives, and the Secretary of |
| 5 |
| State of Illinois as required by Section
2-3.25g of the School |
| 6 |
| Code; therefore, be it
|
| 7 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 8 |
| NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE |
| 9 |
| SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the General Assembly is |
| 10 |
| encouraged to promptly review and evaluate the Report and |
| 11 |
| determine whether to disapprove, in whole or in part, the |
| 12 |
| Report or any waiver request or appealed request outlined in |
| 13 |
| the Report.
