| 6 | | SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the request made by St. Charles |
| 7 | | CUSD 303 - Kane with respect to driver education fee limits, |
| 8 | | identified in the report filed by the State Board of Education |
| 9 | | as request WM100-5349, is approved for up to $400; and that |
| 10 | | this request is approved retroactively beginning on August 1, |
| 11 | | 2010 for up to $200 and disapproved retroactively for the |
| 12 | | remaining $200 such that by virtue of this resolution St. |
| 13 | | Charles CUSD 303 - Kane is deemed to have had the authority to |
| 14 | | charge a driver education fee of up to $200 from August 1, 2010 |
| 15 | | until the date of adoption of this resolution by both houses; |
