| 2 | BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE | ||||||
| 3 | NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we | ||||||
| 4 | urge the State Board of Education to establish a comprehensive | ||||||
| 5 | plan to close the student achievement gap by the 2010-2011 | ||||||
| 6 | school year; and be it further
