| 4 | on page 3, by replacing lines 1 through 7 with the following: | ||||||
| 5 | "3 members of the House of Representatives appointed by the | ||||||
| 6 | Speaker of the House, one of whom will chair the Task Force; | ||||||
| 7 | and 3 members of the House of Representatives appointed by the | ||||||
| 8 | Minority Leader of the House; and be it further".
