| AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend House Resolution 201 on page 5, |

| line 11, after "created", by inserting "within the Department |

| of Human Services"; and

| on page 5, by replacing lines 17 through 19 with the following: |

| "RESOLVED, That the Department of Human Services shall |
| 7 |
| convene the Work Group, and the Secretary of Human Services |
| 8 |
| shall designate a chairperson of the Work Group; due to its |
| 9 |
| unique position and experience, the House requests that Equip |
| 10 |
| for Equality serve in an advisory capacity to the Work Group; |
| 11 |
| and be it further"; and
|
| 12 |
| on page 6, lines 1 and 5, by replacing "Equip for Equality" |
| 13 |
| each time it appears with "the Department of Human Services". |
