| AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend House Resolution 201 on page 5, |

| after line 22, by inserting the following: |

| "RESOLVED, That additional members of the Work Group shall |

| include at least one representative of each of the following: |

| the medical community, the long-term care community, and |
| 7 |
| hospitals; and be it further"; and
|

| on page 6, by replacing lines 8 and 9 with the following: |

| "RESOLVED, That the Work Group shall, with input from all |
| 10 |
| members of the Work Group, develop". |
