| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |

| Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of
Vito |
| 4 |
| Joseph Caporusso, who passed away on May 12, 2009; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Vito Caporusso was born on April 23, 1940; he |
| 6 |
| married Patricia (Zalesny) on July 22, 1961; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, Vito Caporusso retired from the Illinois Tollway |
| 8 |
| after many years of dedicated service; he was also employed for |
| 9 |
| many years as a manager for RCA; and
|
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, Vito Caporusso enjoyed working in his yard; he was |
| 11 |
| well known among his family and friends as a good gardener; and
|
| 12 |
| WHEREAS, Vito Caporusso was the beloved husband of |
| 13 |
| Patricia; the loving father of Vito (Lou Ann), Jr., Debrah, |
| 14 |
| Rochelle (Pat) DiNunno, Cherisse (Louis) Bounaiuto, and Jimmy |
| 15 |
| Caporusso; the loving grandfather of 11 and great-grandfather |
| 16 |
| of one; the brother of Daniel (Nora), the late Tony, Leo, and |
| 17 |
| Jimmy Caporusso; the brother-in-law of Robert, Ronald, Angie, |
| 18 |
| and Steven (Julie) Zalesny; and the uncle of many; therefore, |
| 19 |
