| HOUSE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, Erik Blomstedt will retire as Director of the |
| 3 |
| Three Rivers Library District after 31 years of dedicated |
| 4 |
| service to the citizens of the Villages of Channahon and |
| 5 |
| Minooka; and
|
| 6 |
| WHEREAS, The Villages of Channahon and Minooka will honor |
| 7 |
| Erik Blomstedt with a celebration on June 20, 2009; and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, Erik Blomstedt has served as a model of hard work, |
| 9 |
| integrity, and dedication for the people of Channahon and |
| 10 |
| Minooka and for the people of the State of Illinois; therefore, |
| 11 |
| be it
|
| 12 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 13 |
| NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we |
| 14 |
| designate the date of June 20, 2009 as Erik Blomstedt Day in |
| 15 |
| the State of Illinois; and be it further
|
| 16 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 17 |
| presented to Erik Blomstedt as a symbol of our esteem and |
| 18 |
| respect.
