| HOUSE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 |
| Representatives are pleased to congratulate George Muentnich |
| 4 |
| of Shorewood on his retirement as Assistant Chief of the Troy |
| 5 |
| Volunteer Fire Department; and
|
| 6 |
| WHEREAS, He joined the Troy Volunteer Fire Department in |
| 7 |
| 1973 as a cadet; he is also one of the Police and Fire |
| 8 |
| Commissioners in Shorewood and is an elected member of the Troy |
| 9 |
| Township Board, where he currently serves as Clerk; and
|
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, He has been employed by the Joliet Township High |
| 11 |
| School District 204 for 21 years as Director of Buildings and |
| 12 |
| Grounds; and
|
| 13 |
| WHEREAS, His memberships include the Village of Shorewood |
| 14 |
| Fire and Police Board, Illinois Fire Chiefs Association, |
| 15 |
| Illinois Clerks Association, the Township Officials of |
| 16 |
| Illinois, and the Loyal Order of The Moose Lodge 300; and
|
| 17 |
| WHEREAS, He is the proud father of Matt and Kyrsten; |
