| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |

| Representatives are pleased to congratulate the staff and |

| directors of Buyers Market Inc. in Chicago on their years of |

| serving the Chicago area; and

| 6 |
| WHEREAS, Buyers Market Inc., "Chicagoland's Finest Flea |
| 7 |
| Market", was started in 1980; it was rebuilt in 1990 after a |
| 8 |
| fire; over 5,000 shop at Buyers Market on a weekly basis; and
|
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, Over 300 vendors have been a part of Buyers Market |
| 10 |
| since its origin with families handing down their spaces from |
| 11 |
| generation to generation; and
|
| 12 |
| WHEREAS, The President of Buyers Market is Leonard Kraus; |
| 13 |
| the Vice-Presidents are Gregory Morand and Richard Jacobs; the |
| 14 |
| Concessions Manager is Peter Meyers; and the Secretary is |
| 15 |
| Mercie Rangel; therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |

| NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we |
