| HOUSE RESOLUTION
|
| 2 |
| WHEREAS, During the 96th General Assembly, House |
| 3 |
| Resolution 163 created a task force to study local government |
| 4 |
| development standards and processes and their effect on |
| 5 |
| watershed, wetlands, and floodplains; and
|
| 6 |
| WHEREAS, The task force is required to report its findings |
| 7 |
| and recommendations to the General Assembly on or before |
| 8 |
| January 1, 2010; and
|
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, The task force has yet to meet as a result of a |
| 10 |
| delay in the appointment of members of the task force; and
|
| 11 |
| WHEREAS, The deadline for reporting the findings and |
| 12 |
| recommendations of the task force should be extended to provide |
| 13 |
| the task force with sufficient time to complete its work; |
| 14 |
| therefore, be it
|
| 15 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 16 |
| NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 17 |
| the task force created by House Resolution 163 of the 96th |
| 18 |
| General Assembly shall report its findings and recommendations |
| 19 |
| to the General Assembly on or before September 1, 2010; and be |
| 20 |
