| HOUSE RESOLUTION

| BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |

| NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we |
| 4 |
| urge the Auditor General to conduct and complete a survey of |
| 5 |
| other governmental jurisdictions to examine the feasibility of |
| 6 |
| a system of video gaming in
which the State owns and operates |
| 7 |
| all video gaming terminals within 150 days after this |
| 8 |
| resolution is adopted; and be it further
|
| 9 |
| RESOLVED, That, upon completion of the survey, the Auditor |
| 10 |
| General shall
submit a copy of the survey to the Governor's |
| 11 |
| Office of Management and Budget, the Clerk of the House of
|
| 12 |
| Representatives, and the Secretary of the Senate; and be it |
| 13 |
| further
|
| 14 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 15 |
| delivered to the Auditor General.
