HOUSE RESOLUTION

    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3
Representatives are pleased to congratulate the members of the 
4
Effingham St. Anthony Bulldogs boys golf team on the occasion 
5
of the team's victory at the Class 1A State Boys Golf 
6
Tournament; and
  
 
7
    WHEREAS, The Effingham St. Anthony Bulldogs boys golf team 
8
held together to defeat the Mount Carmel Golden Aces 620-626 to 
9
secure its 3rd State title; and
  
 
10
    WHEREAS, St. Anthony's Kit Koerner finished 4th with a 149, 
11
finishing with a 36-39 for a 75 for the day; Michael Koester 
12
finished with a 39-38 for a total of 77 for the day and a 
13
two-day total of 157; Lewis Martin finished with a 36-42 for a 
14
total of 78 for the day and a two-day total of 157; Michael 
15
McHugh finished with a 39-40 for a total of 79 for the day and a 
16
two-day total of 161; Derek Rohlfing finished with a 44-37 for 
17
a total of 81 for the day and a two-day total of 162; and James 
18
Jansen finished with a 40-47 for a total of 87 for the day and a 
19
two-day total of 165; and

    WHEREAS, The members of the Effingham St. Anthony High 
21
School boys golf team are Derek Rohlfing, Lewis Martin, Michael 
22
McHugh, James Jansen, Michael Koester, Ryan Jansen, Kit

    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE

NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we

congratulate the members of the Effingham St. Anthony Bulldogs 
6
boys golf team on the occasion of the team's victory and wish 
7
them continued success and happiness in the future; and be it 
8

    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be

presented to Bulldogs coach Phil Zaccari and each member of the

St. Anthony Bulldogs boys golf team as a symbol of our esteem
