| HOUSE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 |
| Representatives are pleased to congratulate James and Marilyn |
| 4 |
| Aylward of Chicago on their 50th wedding anniversary; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, They were married on November 14, 1959 and have |
| 6 |
| seven children: Mary, James, Peter, Dan, Marguerite, Patrick, |
| 7 |
| and Genevieve; they are long-time parishioners of St. Francis |
| 8 |
| Borgia Church; and
|
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, Both James and Marilyn were born and raised in |
| 10 |
| Chicago; and
|
| 11 |
| WHEREAS, James worked as a city electrician before his |
| 12 |
| retirement; he served in the United States Army and is a huge |
| 13 |
| Chicago White Sox fan; and
|
| 14 |
| WHEREAS, James and Marilyn have eight grandchildren: |
| 15 |
| Phillip, Natalie, James, Jonathon, Matthew, Christopher, |
| 16 |
| Kaitlin, and Hunter; therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |

| NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we |

| congratulate James and Marilyn Aylward on this special occasion |
