HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2
    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3
Representatives are saddened to  learn of the death of
Warren 
4
Cannon of Aurora; and
  
 
5
    WHEREAS, Warren Cannon was a lifelong resident of Aurora; 
6
he graduated from East Aurora High School in 1945; and
  
 
7
    WHEREAS, Warren Cannon retired as a senior personnel 
8
administrator at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory in 
9
Batavia in 1990 after 22 years of dedicated service; and
  
 
10
    WHEREAS, Warren Cannon was appointed to fill a vacancy on 
11
the West Aurora School Board in 2000; he served in this 
12
capacity until 2005; and
  
 
13
    WHEREAS, Warren Cannon was an avid fan of the West Aurora 
14
High School sports programs; and
  
 
15
    WHEREAS, Warren Cannon is survived by his wife, Bobbie, his 
16
5 children, Warren Lewis, Keith, Stephanie, Eric, and Sean; and 
17
his many friends; and
 
18
    WHEREAS, Warren Cannon will be remembered fondly by all who 
19
knew and loved him as a generous and kind man, whose integrity

and passion for his community was unmatched; he will be greatly 
2
missed by his family, friends, and colleagues; therefore, be it
  
 
3
    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
4
NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we 
5
mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of Warren 
6
Cannon; and be it further
  
 
7
    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
8
presented to the family of Warren Cannon as an expression of 
9
our sympathy.
