HOUSE RESOLUTION

    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3
Representatives are pleased to congratulate the members of the 
4
Quincy Notre Dame Lady Raiders basketball team on the occasion 
5
of the team's 2nd place finish in the IHSA Class 2A State 
6
tournament; and
  
 
7
    WHEREAS, The Quincy Notre Dame Lady Raiders had a wonderful 
8
season, winning the Camp Point Central Tournament, the 
9
Carrollton Tournament, the Beardstown Regional Tournament, the 
10
Monmouth College Sectional, and the Rock Island Super 
11
Sectional; and
  
 
12
    WHEREAS, The members of the Quincy Notre Dame Lady Raiders 
13
are Gracie Barnes, Shannon Foley, Mackenzie Little, Quentessa 
14
Keating, Alyssa Klene, Claire Obert, Leigh McLaughlin, Kate 
15
Genenbacher, Kassidy Gengenbacher, Katie Kroeter, Tori Kuhn, 
16
Jordan Frericks, Karlee Gengenbacher, Jacey Cornwell, Arianna 
17
Rigg, Julie Rose, Lexi Niemann, Torre Stark, and Rose 
18
Froehlich; the team's head coach is Eric Orne and the assistant 
19
coaches are Randy Clampitt, Mark Longo, Lori Vogel, and 
20
Michaela Fray; and

    WHEREAS, The members of the Quincy Notre Dame Lady Raiders

serves as models of hard work, integrity, and dedication for

the people of the State of Illinois; therefore, be it

    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
3
NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we 
4
congratulate the members of the Quincy Notre Dame Lady Raiders 
5
basketball team on the occasion of the team's 2nd place finish 
6
in the IHSA Class 2A State tournament and wish them continued 
7
success and happiness in the future; and be it further

    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be given 
9
to Quincy Notre Dame Lady Raiders head coach Eric Orne as a 
10
symbol of our esteem and respect.
