HOUSE RESOLUTION

    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3
Representatives are pleased to congratulate Anthony and Karen 
4
Martino of Chicago on their 25th wedding anniversary; and
  
 
5
    WHEREAS, Anthony and Karen met in the eighth grade while 
6
attending Dore School; they were married on May 11, 1985 at the 
7
Wayside Chapel in Palos; and
  
 
8
    WHEREAS, Anthony owns his own auto parts business, ASM 
9
Company, and Karen works as an Administrative Assistant for the 
10
Cook County Bureau of Human Resources; and
  
 
11
    WHEREAS, Their son, Anthony James Martino, is an Illinois 
12
State Trooper; they are also the proud owners of three 
13
Yorkshire terriers, Mickey, Mia, and Max, who is Anthony's 
14
favorite; and
  
 
15
    WHEREAS, The Martino's attend St. Symphorosa Church; and
  
 
16
    WHEREAS, Together, they will renew their vows in Key West, 
17
Florida, on May 14, 2010; therefore, be it

    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
19
NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we

congratulate Anthony and Karen Martino and wish them continued

happiness for years to come; and be it further

    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
