| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |

| Representatives are pleased to congratulate Fatima Sattar on |
| 4 |
| the occasion of her 1st place finish at the Illinois Junior |
| 5 |
| Academy of Science State Exposition; and
|
| 6 |
| WHEREAS, Fatima Sattar is a 7th grader at Sauganash |
| 7 |
| Elementary School; and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, Fatima Sattar placed 1st in the Illinois Junior |
| 9 |
| Academy of Science State Exposition with her project, "Do Cell |
| 10 |
| Phones Affect the Growth of Seeds?"; she also placed 1st in her |
| 11 |
| school's science fair; and
|
| 12 |
| WHEREAS, Fatima Sattar's project was placed in the Top 10 |
| 13 |
| at the Area 1 CPS Science Fair and the Top 50 at the CPS City |
| 14 |
| Science Fair; her project was also given a Gold rating and |
| 15 |
| named Best in Botany Junior Division; and
|
| 16 |
| WHEREAS, Fatima Sattar was one of only 8 elementary school |
| 17 |
| students whose projects were selected for the Gold rating; and
|
| 18 |
| WHEREAS, Fatima Sattar serves as a model of hard work, |
| 19 |
| integrity, and dedication for the people of the State of |
| 20 |
| Illinois; therefore, be it
