| HOUSE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 |
| Representatives are pleased to congratulate David Geer on the |
| 4 |
| occasion of his retirement from Gale Credit Union; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, David Geer began serving on the Gale Credit Union |
| 6 |
| Board of Directors in 1981; from 1989 to 1992, he served as a |
| 7 |
| Policy Owner Representative for the Cuna Mutual Group; he |
| 8 |
| served as 3rd Vice Chairman from 1994 to 1995; he served as |
| 9 |
| Chairman from 1996 to 1997 and from 2005 to 2007; he served as |
| 10 |
| the Legislative Forum Representative from 1996 to 2005 and as |
| 11 |
| Foundation Representative from 1999 to 2002 and in 2009; he |
| 12 |
| also served on the Credit Union Political Action Committee |
| 13 |
| Board in 2004 and 2005; and
|
| 14 |
| WHEREAS, David Geer serves as a model of hard work, |
| 15 |
| integrity, and dedication for the people of the State of |
| 16 |
| Illinois; therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 18 |
| NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we |
| 19 |
| congratulate David Geer on the occasion of his retirement and |
| 20 |
| wish him many happy and healthy retirement years; and be it |
