| HOUSE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 |
| Representatives are pleased to congratulate Michael Edward |
| 4 |
| Stanbary, Jr. of Boy Scout Troop 290 in Hoffman Estates High |
| 5 |
| School on the occasion of attaining the coveted rank of Eagle |
| 6 |
| Scout; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, The rank of Eagle Scout will be bestowed upon |
| 8 |
| Michael Stanbary by the Boy Scouts of America at a Court of |
| 9 |
| Honor ceremony on June 19, 2010; and
|
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, Michael completed a restoration project at the |
| 11 |
| Wheeling Township Cemetery, by reducing a boundary that was an |
| 12 |
| eye sore and had safety issues; he tore down the fence and |
| 13 |
| brush and made the area ready for planting again; and
|
| 14 |
| WHEREAS, Michael Stanbary serves as a model of hard work, |
| 15 |
| integrity, and dedication for the people of the State of |
| 16 |
| Illinois; therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |

| NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we |

| congratulate Michael Stanbary, Jr., of Boy Scout Troop 290, on |
