| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |

| Representatives are pleased to congratulate the members of the |

| Titan Women's Track Team from Illinois Wesleyan University on |

| the occasion of the team's 2009-2010 championship season; and

| WHEREAS, The Titans' season record included victories in |
| 7 |
| the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Championship, |
| 8 |
| as well as the NCAA Division III National Championship; and
|
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, The National Champion Titans are led by Head Coach |

| Chris Shumacher and Assistant Coaches Al Nathan and Greg |
| 11 |
| Huffaker; and

| WHEREAS, The National Champion runners are Amanda LaRocca, |

| Shavantay Thomas, Ali McCoy, Mackenzie Clemens, Lauren Alpert, |

| Jessica Christy, and Tara Clemens; therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |

| NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we |
