| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |

| Representatives are pleased to congratulate William and |

| Carolyn MacIntosh of Western Springs on their 50th wedding |

| anniversary; and

| WHEREAS, They were married on August 26, 1960 at River |
| 7 |
| Forest Presbyterian Church; and

| 8 |
| WHEREAS, They are the proud parents of Ann MacIntosh Baker |
| 9 |
| (Robert) and Lea MacIntosh; and
|
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, They are the loving grandparents of Emily Anne and |
| 11 |
| Joseph Alexander Baker; and
|
| 12 |
| WHEREAS, William and Carolyn are examples of a love that |

| has stood the test of time, proof that love can endure all |
| 14 |
| things and stand strong; therefore, be it
