HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are pleased to congratulate the Breese Central 
4High School Girls Volleyball Team, the Cougars, on winning 
5second place in the I.H.S.A. Class 2A State finals on November 
612, 2010; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, The Cougars lost in 3 games to Chicago Christian; 
8and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, It was the first appearance at the State finals 
10for the Cougars since 2007; and
  
 
  
11    WHEREAS, The Varsity Coach of the Cougars is Jim Cook; the 
12Assistant Coaches are Kelly Potthast and Misty Becker; and the 
13Scorer is Christine Rickhoff; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, The members of the Breese Central Girls Volleyball 
15Team are: Lauren Markus, Meredith Timmons, Shelby Kohrmann, 
16Jena Hemann, Emily Theising, Taylor Voss, Taylor Wilken, Paige 
17Mane, Amanda Gebke, Jessica Hale, Ali Lakenburges, Maddie 
18Timmermann, and Casey Schulte; therefore, be it
  
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
20NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we

1congratulate the Breese Central Cougars and wish them continued

3    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
