| AN ACT concerning higher education.
|
| 2 |
| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the |
| 5 |
| Prohibition on University Employment Act. |
| 6 |
| Section 5. Definition of university. "University" means a |
| 7 |
| public university in this State or a private university located |
| 8 |
| in this State that receives State funds. |
| 9 |
| Section 10. Act of violence against government. A |
| 10 |
| university is prohibited from employing a person who has |
| 11 |
| committed an act of violence against the government of the |
| 12 |
| United States of America or the State of Illinois.
