| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 47 by replacing |

| line 21 on page 1 through line 3 on page 2 with the following:

| "within 15 days of its execution. For each State contract |
| 5 |
| awarded on or after the effective date of this amendatory Act |
| 6 |
| of the 96th General Assembly that includes goods or supplies, |
| 7 |
| the Comptroller shall publish on his or her official website |
| 8 |
| the rate per metric unit of each of the goods or supplies, |
| 9 |
| provided that the information required to publish the rate is |
| 10 |
| not considered proprietary competitive information.".
