13, by changing "transfer" to "provide transfer"; and

on page 10, line 3, by changing "and provide medical direction"

to "and provide medical direction"; and

in line 5, by changing "or provide medical direction to" to "or

provide medical direction to"; and

on page 16, below line 12, by inserting the following:

        "(4) A hospital or hospital affiliate that employs the 
10
    licensee to provide professional services in accordance 
11
    with the Hospital Licensing Act.".
