| AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 82

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 82 on page 9, by |

| replacing lines 6 through 8 with the following:

| "(i) Any public utility that fails to comply with the |
| 5 |
| provisions of subsection (c) or (d) of this Section shall pay |
| 6 |
| for all costs of enforcement by the Illinois Department of |
| 7 |
| Revenue, including reasonable legal fees."; and
|
| 8 |
| on page 16, by replacing lines 7 through 9 with the following: |
| 9 |
