| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 89 on page 2, line |

| 13, by inserting "or petrochemical processing " immediately |

| after "manufacturing"; and

| on page 13, lines 18 through 23 by deleting: "Beginning with |
| 6 |
| the 2009 assessment year, any real property used for a |
| 7 |
| petrochemical facility located within a county of less than |
| 8 |
| 1,000,000 inhabitants may be the subject of a real property tax |
| 9 |
| assessment settlement agreement among the taxpayer and taxing |
| 10 |
| districts in which it is situated.".
